Is it illegal for an insurance company to ask me to give up my constitutional rights both for the state of florida and the country

I am asked to sign away alot of my rights just to get a meager settlement. They are asking me to give up my medicare rights,and about 25 other rights due to an injury on the job, including my constitutional rights nationaly and for the state of florida this should be illegal

Well, if their settlement offer and terms aren't to your liking, refuse it, renegotiate or continue to trial.

You do not have a "right" to medicare or any other government benefit. Also, it is not illegal to ask you to give up a benefit as part of a settlement agreement. This does not mean the settle agreement will stand up in court, but asking is not illegal. I do not know what the 25 other "rights" are, but if you believe that the loss of these outweighs the offer presented to you by the insurance company you should either present a counter offer or be prepared to go to court.
