SSI Medicare amd Taxes

Do I include my monthly Medicare/Medicad obligation? Can I get a refund if all I recieved was like $14000.00 SSI and paid about about 450 a month or $5400.00 for my monthly obligation? HELP PLEASE.....

SSI is not taxable income. There is no place for it on the tax return, and it creates no credits for you.

Most of the credits that create refunds are based on earned income such as wages or self-employment.
