When i pass on can my daughter receive my medicad or medicare benefits

Im wondering when i pass on, will my daughter be able to receive my benefits after my passing?

Federal and state medical benefits such as Medicare and Medicaid aren't transferable. Your daughter will have to supply the necessary documentation and apply herself. If she is a minor her guardian will have to apply for her.
